Snapshots of scheduled matches are stored for up to one year (when the schedule or pair history changes).
Use Show → a single round to view the same columns as Match Scheduling → Export (date, session, players, seeds).
Use All rounds to see a list of every saved snapshot in the window, newest first.
Note: The Session Calendar specifies the time & date when the different parts of the process are initiated.

Settings
When On, players are emailed whenever their Name, Email, Mobile, Password, Administrator, or Active status changes.
When On (default), the Player Availability screen's Round dropdown shows only the current (ongoing) round — for both players and administrators; other rounds are hidden. Turn Off to allow selecting any round.
When On (default), a round's availability can only be edited between its "Send out 'Fill in Availability' email" date/time and its "Initiate Match Scheduling" date/time (Helsinki time). Outside that window the form is read-only. Turn Off to allow editing at any time.
When On, the server periodically queries the PostgreSQL database to prevent Supabase free-tier projects from auto-pausing after 7 days of inactivity.
Off by default. When On, the next export also includes password hashes and password-reset tokens — use only for a secured full backup, then turn it back Off. This control is not saved and resets to Off whenever you leave this screen.
Note: This 'PostgreSQL Database Keep-Alive' feature should be 'On' to prevent the free-tier Supabase database from being paused after 7 days of inactivity.

When Email Approval is turned on, scheduled calendar emails require explicit approval before they are sent.
